Our house is located in Samnaun-Ravaisch, only 1 minute walk to the parallel cable cars - the largest ski area in the Eastern Alps (with Ischgl connected). Add 1 -2 minutes´ walk to the nearest restaurants, doctor, pharmacy, an ice skating rink (winter) and a tennis court (summer) The bus stop (ski / local and bus) is right outside the house.



Our scope for young and old brings variety to the holiday, without having to leave the house.

Also the visit to our sauna is recommended - a magnificent and unwinds in the integrated rest room.

A TV - Video room with ample selection of movies, and satellite TV in all apartments makes the nights are shorter.

The ski room with ski boot heater and separate snowboard rack for guaranteed material ready for use in the next morning
