The Engadin Bad Scuol, many restaurants and shopping facilities at Stradun are within 5 minutes walking distance.
In the bright and friendly maisonette apartment (approx. 120 m2), you can enjoy your holiday to the max. From the living room with a large dining table, visible beams and windows facing south and west you have a great view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. The open kitchen is equipped with oven, cooker and dishwasher, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, the living/dining room/kitchen, balcony, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine and a guest toilet. On the upper floor there is a gallery and the large bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower/WC.

The approx. 120 m2 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 6-family house with sunny balcony and view. The historical part of the village is just below the house. Shopping can be done in the many local shops at Stradun, only 5 minutes away, where also the Engadin Bad Scuol is located.
The ski bus stop is a 2 minutes´ walk away, and you can easily reach the train station and the valley station in about 10 minutes. The use of the ski bus is free of charge in winter.
Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year in Scuol and let yourself be conquered by the unique natural and cultural landscape. Enjoy a leisurely walk through the old part of the village, relax in the baths and saunas or make one of the countless hikes in the Swiss National Park and in winter enjoy the family ski area Motta Naluns, which can be reached by ski bus in just 10 minutes.
