The apartment is ideally situated for active summer and winter holidays and is also excellent for walks with the dog. Holidays in Scuol means relaxation in an Engadine village, surrounded by sgraffito decorated houses, the Swiss National Park, close to the Engadine Bad Scuol, the cross-country ski track and close to the ski and local bus stop for trips to the gondola or to the railway station.
The location of the apartment convinces by its quietness, the separate entrance is at ground level and a short distance to the ski bus, which takes you to the Motta Naluns cable cars in a few minutes. The highlight of the apartment is the large south-facing terrace with lawn, on which a grill, table and deckchair/lounger are available. The comfortable and with much care furnished apartment has a very good layout and as a further attraction in the apartment is a swedish stove with wood for your use.

The skiing area Motta Naluns is reachable by car and post bus in 5 minutes. The cross country ski track Martina-Scuol can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Shopping facilities are located in Denner. The ice rink and the football field Gurlaina are within 10 minutes walking distance. More shopping facilities are located on Stradun 5-10 minutes on foot.
