The penthouse is located in Scuol, a few minutes walk from the train station, the Motta Naluns cable cars and the village center. An ideal starting point for active vacations in the Lower Engadine. The surrounding area invites you to small and big walks in the unique natural and cultural landscape of the Lower Engadine, which start directly in front of the house. Shopping is possible in the nearby village center in the bakeries and many local stores. After an active day you can relax in the beautiful bathtub in the apartment or in the Bogn Engiadina with its unique bathing and sauna area.
An outside staircase leads to the approx. 80m2 large and bright attic apartment, which is spacious and modernly furnished. The apartment has a separate entrance and is on two floors. It was furnished with great attention to detail and very tasteful. In the lower part of the apartment there is an open bedroom with a free-standing bathtub with a view of the Lower Engadine mountains. The favorite dish can be enjoyed at the large dining table in the open living room and open kitchen. The sofa in the living room with open gallery invites you to comfortably enjoy an exciting book, with a fine glass of wine. Also available in the lower area of the apartment are two bathrooms with toilet and shower and another room with sofa bed and TV. From the open bedroom you can reach the beautiful gallery via a staircase. The nice gallery offers a small desk and many more exciting as well as interesting books. The apartment has two small but very cozy balconies with beautiful views of the Lower Engadine Dolomites.
