Essbare Landschaften

Description

Together with landscape ecologist, shepherd and author Michael Machatschek, we explore the Engadin mountain landscape and learn how this environment can nourish us. We collect seasonal plants and process them into a meal in our mobile field kitchen. We will pay attention to the local herbs, which are said to be healing as well as culinary.
