The multi-day tour combines the trail and tour highlights of the region on three stages and also includes some insider tips. Pure, alpine trails from the high alpine Samnaun over the expansive Lower Engadine to the densely forested Val Müstair.

Samnaun - Scuol:
Stony, alpine and with a brilliant view over the mountains, the first stage of the mountain bike tour "Trai(l)s Vals" stands out. Pure alpine trails! On the Greitspitze over the Schmuggler trail via the ridge trail to the Salaaser head, up to the border between Switzerland and Austria on the Fuorcla Val Gronda with a subsequent, flowing descent of category S3 and a brilliant view of the alpine nature. Last but not least, over the notorious Fimberpass, where after a last stretcher passage, the approximately 6 km trail descent to the hamlet of Griosch awaits. The last single trail sections of the day lead via Hof Zuort and Val Sinestra to Sent/Scuol.

Scuol - Piz Clünas - Scuol:
Those who don't shy away from rigorous climbs are in the right place on this tour. Via Motta Naluns it goes up to Piz Clünas. The efforts are definitely rewarded - on the one hand with a breathtaking view over the valley and a challenging descent to Muot da l'Hom, where a newly developed flow trail awaits. With some technical passages, the trail demands concentration and promises a little adrenaline kick, before it's a little quieter from Alp Laret to Alp Valmala. Through the wild Val Tasna over the pure alpine trails and on a piece of forest road to Ftan and then on hidden, partly technical trails with hairpin bends down to the Inn.

Scuol - Val Müstair:
Classic from Scuol to Val S-charl - insider tip through the Valbella. Fantastic, natural trail down to the Ofenpass, but the descent has to be earned with a short carrying passage up to Fuorcla Funtana da S-charl. Once on the plateau, it feels like time stands still. The view sweeps from the meandering Val S-charl over the mountain top to Val Müstair. From the top of the pass follows a flowing trail through the green forests of Val Müstair with a constant view over the valley.
