The apartment consists of living room with integrated, completely furnished kitchen (coffee machine, mixer, microwave, fondue and raclette oven etc.). In addition to the two double bedrooms (facing south), the sofa bed can be converted into a bed. Bed linen and towels are included. Baby cot and bathtub are available on request. There is a separate toilet in addition to the shower and toilet. The storage room with wardrobe offers plenty of space for luggage, skis etc.

Own sunny garden seating area (south facing 40m2) with very beautiful view of the Engadine mountain scenery (barbecue on request). Separate entrance. Living room with sofa bed (cot also on request), Sat-TV/radio/DVD/CD player and Internet (ADSL). Completely furnished kitchen integrated in living room, with glass ceramic stove, granite stone cover, oven, steam extractor, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso and Filter), raclette and fondue dishes, microwave etc. One shower/WC and one separate WC. One storage room for skis, suitcases, etc. Laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer) for shared use. Parking available. Pets are not allowed. The vacation home lies at the eastern end of Sent in a quiet, very sunny location at the end of the dream run Scuol - Sent. 5 minutes by foot to the village center (shopping, post office, bank)
