The core of our newly renovated house is a cosy tilt stove, which emanates a comforting warmth within the whole house. The living room and terrace offer a unique view on the “Unterengadiner Dolomites”. The dining room with a large, extensible wooden table invites to eat as well as to stay longer and play games or talk.

Right next to the large entry area, a sleeping room with 2 beds and next to it a shower with toilet are installed. The bathroom and three sleeping rooms, two of them with each 2 beds, one with 4 beds, are located in the upper floor.
On the terrace with an extensible dining table and grill or on the 2 balconies, you can enjoy the lovely Engiadina sun.
1 garage and 2 parking places are available. There is enough space for skis, bikes etc. in the woodshed. In the washing kitchen, a washing machine, a tumbler and a freezer are at your disposal.
