Our house is situated in a quiet location in the village of Samnaun-Laret. Free ski and local bus right outside the front door. The descent leads to the village and ends 1 minute walk from the house. Shopping and dining are few minutes away on foot. The Alpenquell Erlebnisbad with sauna is located 10 minutes walking distance. Parking is available. The apartment has two double bedrooms, shower / toilet, kitchen with dinning room, coffee maker, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, TV, bed and kitchen linen and bath and hand towels, ski boot dryer in the hallway and a large balcony. In case of five or six guests an additional double room including its own shower / toilet on the same floor is available.
