The holiday home is situated in the upper part of the village of Scuol in a quiet neighbourhood on a cul-de-sac. The parking lot in front of the house offers space for max. 2 cars. Further cars can be parked on a public parking lot in approx. 800m distance.
The train station is in 7 minutes walking distance, the Motta Naluns valley station of the cable cars in 5 minutes, the village centre with Coop, Volg, bakeries and many local shops is in 10 minutes walking distance. From the valley run you can ski almost to the house.
The Engadin Bad Scuol, with a large bathing and sauna landscape, the drinking hall with various mineral waters and a Roman-Irish bath, is 1 km away.
