Description

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus auf 1771 m und an sehr Sonniger und ruhiger Lage. Mit Top Aussicht auf die Berge. Der Weiler Valpaschun liegt 4 Km vom Dorf Sta. Maria entfernt. Es ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Im Winter gut ausgerüstetes Auto erforderlich. (4x4 oder Schneeketten). Abstellen können Sie das Auto auf dem Parkplatz beim Brunnen.

Das Haus kann nur Wochenweise gemietet werden. Beim Umbau in den letzten Jahren wurde das Typische Bündner Haus im alten Stil belassen.
Ebenfallt hat das Haus einen Sitzplatz beim Haus und einen beim Garten.
Wanderungen können Sie direkt vom Haus aus machen es eignet sich jedoch auch ideal für Skiferien mit der Familie oder für Skitouren

Kurtaxe ist im Preis nicht inbegriffen und beträgt 4,50 Fr Pro Person und Nacht
