The apartment has a cosy living room with fireplace, the heart of the apartment, with an open dining area and access to the two bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with an oversized Swiss stone pine bed (180 x 210 cm). Good sleep is guaranteed here! The second bedroom has two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A dishwasher, a large refrigerator with freezer, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and also a toaster are at our guests' disposal.

The 65 m2 large apartment is located on the first floor with a sunny terrace and adjacent playground for common use. The apartment is located in the middle of the village of Lavin, right next to the "Plazza Gronda". A restaurant, the bakery and the village shop are just around the corner. There is an underground car park for guests and other free parking spaces are located right by the house.

Our concierge service is at your disposal during the whole time, we will tell you the best excursions, reserve a ski instructor or a place in the Roman-Irish bath.

Hike in the Swiss National Park, or experience cross-country skiing along the Inn, enjoy local Engadine specialities or explore the ski area on Motta Naluns and let your soul relax in the Engadine Bad Scuol with its mineral water baths. The typical Engadine railway station with direct connections to Zernez (13 min.) Scuol (17 min.) and Klosters (24 min.) is located in the immediate vicinity, ideal for excursions in the surrounding area and for travelling by train.

The apartment is located directly at the Plazza Gronda - the main square in Lavin (no through traffic). The Hotel Piz Linard with its restaurant and famous for its exciting cultural events is only a stone's throw away, and the famous Giacometti bakery for fine fresh bread rolls or a typical Engadine nut cake is only a minute's walk away.
