The apartment is in a quiet and sunny location. In summer, Ftan is an ideal startingpoint for hikes in and around the national park. You can reach the swimming lake "Lai da Pandal" in 5 minutes with walking.In winter, a chairlift goes up to the skiresort Scuol Motta Naluns. The beginner skiingarea and the crosscountry skiing track are close by.
The busstation, the grocerystore and a bakery are 10-15 minutes away by foot.
