For relaxation after an active day, a wood-heated hot tub or the steam bath awaits to relax the muscles and let the day end comfortably. The outdoor area also offers a sofa area with a small fireplace, a wooden barbecue, deck chairs and a spacious covered dining area that can also be used as a winter garden.
The house has a living room with a large sofa, a kitchen with a dining table that can be enlarged if desired. One bedroom with bunk beds and two bedrooms with double beds, one with a bathtub in the room, which offers a unique view of the mountain landscape. The offer is rounded off with a ski room, with ski boot heating, a shelter for bikes with charging possibility for e-bikes and parking directly at the house for arrivals by car in summer. We recommend driving up with a 4×4 car. In winter, guests are taken to and from the house by shuttle, since it is not accessible by a normal road. A shuttle ride costs CHF 80 each way.

Shopping facilities can be reached in 45 minutes on foot and in 10 minutes by car. In winter, access with skis is possible directly via the valley run from Motta Naluns to Scuol. Transfers for arrival and departure cost CHF 45.- each way, more can be booked on request.
