Experience unforgettable days in our lovingly designed, new, and fully equipped holiday apartment, located in a sunny and peaceful area right in the heart of the charming village of Samnaun-Compatsch.

The free Samnaun bus stops just a few steps from our house and takes you directly to the valley station, where you can access a ski area that is second to none.

– And at the end of the day, you can ski right back to our doorstep.

Our apartment has a private entrance and features:

  • 2 Bedrooms: Equipped with high-quality box spring beds (180 x 200 cm) and built-in wardrobes.
  • Bathroom: Includes a shower, toilet, towels, and a hairdryer.
  • Kitchen: Fully equipped with an oven/microwave, induction stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, dishes, pans, pots, fondue, and raclette sets.
  • Living Area: Features a sofa bed (additional charge for an extra person: CHF 30/night) and a smart TV.

The entire apartment is equipped with Philips Hue lighting, offering countless color-coordinated variations to suit your mood.

High-speed fiber-optic internet is available free of charge.

Description

Chasa Uleiva is located in a sunny and peaceful area, right in the heart of the charming village of Samnaun-Compatsch.

The free Samnaun bus stops just a few steps from our house and takes you directly to the valley station, where you can access a ski area like no other

– and at the end of the day, you can ski right back to our doorstep.

A private parking space is available to you free of charge, as well as a lockable ski room.

Arrival is possible at any time of the day (key depot) – a code will be provided to you before your arrival.

The guest apartment has a private entrance and includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen with a living area.

Restaurants, après-ski venues, shops, and the Alpenquell Pool are just a few minutes away.

Do you need anything during your stay that is not listed here (e.g., a laundry facility or similar)?

Conditions/extras

The following services are to be paid directly:

- Winter visitor's tax: CHF 4.00 /day/person (children up to the age of 16 pay no visitor's tax)

- Visitor's tax summer: CHF 4.00 /day/person (includes all inclusive package with free use of the mountain railroads, local bus, weekly program according to the notice board and adventure pool with sauna area)

- Final cleaning:  CHF 130.--

Upon request, you can order fresh bread rolls daily. Please refer to the separate price list for details.
