"Absolutely perfect stay! From the friendly and professional staff to the comfortable rooms and great spa facilities, everything was outstanding. I felt relaxed, well taken care of, and truly enjoyed every moment of my holiday here. Highly recommended and I can’t wait to return! Absolutely lovely room – clean, cozy and very comfortable! Outstanding spa and wellness experience, one of the highlights of my stay! Impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel, including the rooms and common areas. Excellent services, but the price could be a little more affordable. Amazing location with everything nearby, very easy and comfortable! Everything was designed for maximum comfort, and I felt great during my stay. The hotel has a very warm, elegant and relaxing ambience that makes you feel comfortable from the first moment."

"We really enjoyed the breakfasts, especially after the third day when i asked about gluten free bread and it turned out they did have some! The room size and layout was very good: lots and lots of shelf and closet space. We did use the spa facilities after skiing and enjoyed them. Our only complaint was the night time room temperature, which was always hot. We had a window open each night, sometimes two, and twice we had the door wide open. After the first night we turned off the register but that didn'T. change much. It wsn'T. just a minor inconvenience. All the staff were excellent and friendly. Excellent for 3 adults Everything in Samnaun is expensive, especially if you're Canadian, as our dollar is low. Very central, good parking Again, the hot night time temperature was a distraction."
