Cozy and inexpensive: small studio-holiday-apartment (22 m2) for singles or two people an ideal accommodation. Can be rented from 3 days, cheap but nevertheless cozy and pleasant, comfortable, very well furnished for nice holidays.

In the studio is a doublebed with bedside tables and lamps, neck pillows, a wardrobe, a table with two chairs, a sideboard with books and board games, a TV and radio. W-Lan/WiFi is also available. In the bathromm is a shower, toilet, sink, mirror cabinet, hairdryer, radiator for the towels. Toilet-paper, soap and other thins are for the begin present, towels for shower and hands too. The little kitchen is furnished with a stove, oven, fume hood, fridge, coffee machine, water heater, toaster and many more. Oil/vinegar, spices, household paper, sponges, pads for the coffee machine, teas are present for the basic needs. Also it's in the flat a small drying rack, a vacuum cleaner, iron/ironing board and cleaning utensils.

The garden terrace is furnished very comfortable with a big table and chairs, lounge chairs, a grill, sun blinds. The studio-apartment is at the ground floor west/north side of the house. The entrance is the same of the owners.

NEU im Hause Senda 495D in Scuol: Top ausgestattete Studio-Ferienwohnung (31.5 m2) mit herrlicher Südsicht im mittleren EG . Die Studiowohnung verfügt über einen separaten Eingang, eine eigene Terrasse inmitten von Blumen mit wunderbarer Sicht auf Berge und den Garten. Die Bodenbeläge sind im Wohn-/Schlafbereich mit Eichenparkett, im Bad und beim Eingang mit Fliesen belegt. Die gesamte Wohnung verfügt über eine Fussbodenheizung. Die grosse Fensterfront lässt viel Licht und Helligkeit in die Wohnung. Zur Verdunkelung sind elektrische Storen vorhanden.

Die Küche ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet mit einem Induktionskochfeld, Dampfabzug, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Mixer, Nespressomaschine, Wasserkocher, Fondue-/Raclettegarnitur. Genügend Geschirr, Töpfe usw, einen Grundbedarf an Haushaltpapier, Gewürzen, Öl/Essig, Kaffeekapseln, Teebeuteln usw. ist alles vorhanden.

Zum Essen lädt der schöne Massivholzesstisch mit Stühlen aus Leder ein. Ein grosser TV (Bluewin TV) ist an der Wand montiert, der je nach Sitzposition verschoben werden kann. Bücher, Spiele, ein kleines portables Radio, Prospektmaterial findet sich im offenen Regal darunter. Die Fensterfront hat auch eine kippbare Terrassentüre, so dass man direkt zum Gartentisch gelangt. Die hochwertige Couch (1,50 breit, Liegefläche 1,40) ist für eine weitere Person ausziehbar.

Beim Eingang findet sich eine Schuhablage und eine Garderobe. Der geräumige Schrank ist ebenfalls aus Massivholz gefertigt. Darin befinden sich nebst genügend Ablagen für Kleider etc. auch der Staubsauger, Putzutensilien, ein kleines Bügelbrett und ein Bügeleisen.

Der Schlafbereich bietet ein bequemes, hochwertiges Massivholz-Doppelbett. Auch Nackenkissen sind vorhanden. Pro Seite ist ein Nachttisch mit Leselampe. Oberhalb des Bettes ist eine indirekte LED-Beleuchtung eingebaut.

Im Bad befindet sich eine stufenlos begehbare Dusche/Regendusche, Handtuchradiator, Toilette, Spiegelschrank mit Schminkspiegel, Waschbecken und Unterschrank. WC-Papier, Handseife, Watte, ein Haartrockner, Hand-/Duschtücher sowie Lavetten sind vorhanden. Badetücher und Bademäntel fürs Erlebnisbad sind ebenso bereitgestellt.

Ein Kinderreisebett ist auf Anfrage verfügbar sowie weitere Kleinkindausstattung.

The flat (45 m2 surface, floor-heating) has an own entrance, a garden-terrace nice furnished (table, chairs, deck chairs, charcoal barbeque, parasols). The big garden invites you to stay and recover under the trees surrounded with many flowers. By the entrance we have a garden-bench, a box with the things to take a barbeque.

The furnishing is very comfortable. In the living-room is a couch-bed, TV/DVD, Radio-CD, W-Lan/WiFi-access, table, games, informations from this holliday-area and a exit-door to the garden-terrace.

In the bed-room is a double-bed (2x90x200m) and a wardrobe.

The bathroom have a shower, toilet, washbasin, hair-dryer, a heater for towels. We also provide you with towels for the shower and the bath, bathrobes, for the ground-base is it toilet-paper, Kleenex, soap, cleaners a vacuum cleaner.

Also the kitchen is furnished perfectly with: stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee-maker, tea-maker, steamer, toaster, fondue-/raclette. Enough crockery and dishes is it. Salt, pepper, spices, cleaners, sponges, coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar are existing for the ground-base.
