The dining table seats 4 people and invites you to eat or play together. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2x 90x200). The new bathroom has a bathtub, a washbasin and its own washing machine and tumble dryer. The guests of the accommodation can use the shared garden. The garden table is ideal for a cosy Sunday brunch.

The flat of approx. 40 m2 is located on the ground floor of an original Engadine house, which is directly attached to the historical tower (Romanesque Tuor) from the 13th century. The railway station is three minutes' walk from the house. There are also parking spaces available at reduced prices at the railway station. Shopping can be done in the local shops in the village, which are also just a few minutes' walk away.
In winter you can reach the valley station of the Motta Naluns cable cars by train in 10 minutes or by a skishuttlebus from Ardez directly to the valley station of the chair lift in Ftan (in high season).
Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year in Ardez and let yourself be conquered by the unique natural and cultural landscape. Ardez is considered a model village of Romanesque living culture. In addition, you will find a rich flora and fauna in and around Ardez, so Ardez belongs to the selected "Emerald Areas", which are particularly valuable habitats. In winter, enjoy the family ski area Motta Naluns, which can be reached by ski bus in only 10 minutes.
